Running Bar OO was my great grandfather's brand when he first began ranching in the 1950's. When I decided to turn my passion for graphic design, photography and agriculture into my profession, I knew I wanted a brand that carried a piece of where it all began for my family.
Running Bar OO Media is more that just a business- it's a tribute to my roots and a way to connect my love for agriculture with creativity. Every project I work on carries a part of that history and heart.
My name is Kailee, and I’m the owner and designer behind Running Bar OO Media. I’ve grown up in agriculture on my family’s mixed operation, which includes a cow-calf program with both purebred Charolais and commercial Black Angus cattle, as well as a feed and cash crop grain operation. Agriculture isn’t just a lifestyle for me—it’s my passion.
I am completing a diploma in Agribusiness Marketing, and I’m excited to apply the skills and knowledge I’ve gained to both Running Bar OO Media and my family’s farm. My goal is to bridge the gap between agriculture and modern media, helping rural businesses and producers tell their stories authentically and effectively. Whether I'm behind the camera, designing a logo, or building a brand, I bring the same dedication to my clients that I’ve grown up with on the farm.

Main Catalogue Pages (e.g., Lot Pages) • $40.00 per one-sided lot page
These are the backbone of your book — clean, clear, and easy to follow. (Note: If each lot page requires individualized formatting, design elements, or layout beyond the standard structure, there may be additional cost. This will be discussed and agree upon before the design process begins.)
Graphic and Custom Layout Pages• $75.00 per graphic page

Section dividers. (These pages fall outside of the standard lot layout and are fully customized to meet your needs.)

Want a sample layout or past example to get ideas flowing? I’d be happy to send one over.
Pedigree Information Requirement
To ensure your catalogue runs smoothly and stays on schedule, we require a complete Excel spreadsheet of pedigree extracts from your breeder association before design work begins.
This spreadsheet must include ALL pedigrees that may be used in the catalogue — even if you’re not 100% sure they’ll be included. It’s far easier, faster, and more efficient to remove pedigree layouts we don’t end up using than to have to add new one’s mid-design.
Submitting a complete pedigree list upfront helps us:
• -Format lot pages quickly and consistently
• -Avoid last-minute layout delays
• -Keep your project on time and on budget
***Please ensure the spreadsheet includes each animal's full name, registration number, extended pedigree details and any details you would like included in your book. If available, you’re also welcome to include birthdates, performance data, and ownership info in the same file.***
This step is required not only for the quality of the final product but out of respect for both your time and mine — it streamlines the entire process, reduces the chance for errors, and ensures we don’t hit unexpected snags later.
If you need help pulling this information from your breed association platform, I’m happy to walk you through it.
If you plan to highlight feature bulls, donors, or any animal with a written footnote or extended description, please notify us as early as possible in the design process.
• This includes animals with special layouts, photo collages, or detailed lot write-ups.
• Early notice allows us to plan the layout accordingly and maintain consistency throughout the book.
• Late additions to featured animals may require extra time or a rework of existing pages — getting your designs to print later.
To make sure your catalogue or magazine is polished, accurate, and exactly what you envisioned, we follow a required three-proof process for all multi-page projects. This helps catch any errors early, ensure consistency throughout the design, and allow time for thoughtful revisions — with your input at every step
Proof 1 – Layout and Content Check
: This first proof is a full mock-up of your catalogue or magazine using the materials you’ve provided. At this stage, we’re checking layout flow, basic content placement, and overall visual direction. You’ll review for any missing details, major adjustments, or design preferences you’d like applied across the project.
Proof 2 – Detailed Edits and Polish
: After incorporating your first round of feedback, you’ll receive an updated version for a closer content review. This is where we fine-tune details like wording, image placement, alignment, and page transitions. Please provide any remaining corrections or small changes in a clear, consolidated list.
Proof 3 – Final Approval
The final proof is your ready-to-go version. It will reflect all approved edits and be formatted for either print, digital use, or both — as per your request. This is your last opportunity to review everything before we prepare the final files for delivery.
Print and Digital Formats:
All designs are formatted for both print and digital distribution unless otherwise requested.
